Weekly Class Schedule

Group Classes Are Offered In Multiple Varieties:

I. Foundations

This is where it all begins! If you are 100% brand new to crossfit or have not been in a crossfit program for a significant period of time, foundations is where you will start. In this series of classes we will progressively learn the different lifts and movements and build a foundation for your personal strength & conditioning. The foundations class series is only offered during specific periods of time, occuring 3x/week for 4 weeks, and must be completed start to finish. Space is limited for each series of classes. Ii. Beginners

Group classes are designed for newer crossfitters who have completed our foundations course. In these classes we will spend extra time practicing the specific lifts and movements of the wod to allow athletes to work toward competency and consistency. Crossfit beginners classes are a great place to perfect your skills and still get a great workout.

Iii. Open

Gym is a period intended for you to work on whatever you please. Come on in to hone a skill or lift, complete a missed wod you have been aching to complete, or work on improving your mobility. The choice is yours and a macf coach will always be there to oversee and assist in any way necessary.
