Private Or Small Group Training

Group classes may not be for everyone. This we understand and in turn have created a great alternative. For those who prefer it, private or small group training is available.

These training sessions are primarily designed for three different uses:

  • To teach those who are new to CrossFit the different lifts, movements, skills, and techniques necessary to succeed in a group class.

  • To allow training for those who are not interested in group classes and prefer an hour of one-on-one training with a coach.

  • To allow a seasoned CrossFiter a private training session with one of our coaches to focus on a specific lift, movement, skill or technique.
