CROSSFIT GROUP CLASSES

Group Classes feature our classic CrossFit WOD (workout of the day). These classes are carefully designed by the MACF coaches; are 60 minutes long; and consist of a warm up, skill and/or strength training, and conditioning.

In CrossFit group classes athletes will work alongside fellow classmates in a fun, energized, and motivating atmosphere led by one of our highly qualified coaches.

GROUP CLASSES ARE THE TRUE CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE! Nowhere else will you experience this kind of energy, camaraderie, and support from your coach and classmates.
