Conditioning Class

The Conditioning Class (CC) is a high-energy, fast-paced one hour class that includes a warm-up, workout, and cool down/stretching. C.C. will combine all the great things from our previous "Row Rage" class (rowing, burpees, carries...) along with giving us the ability to add in new equipment (assault runners, bikes, ski erg, sleds and more). These elements will enhance the program and as always everything with all of or programs can be modified and scaled. This class is perfect for anyone looking for a fast-paced, non-stop, fun workout! As well, for those looking to build their aerobic capacity in addition to the CrossFit classes during the week. You do not need any prior fitness experience to join this class. Just show up ready to sweat & have fun, and we’ll take care of the rest.
