15 overhead squats 95/65

*Today's focus will be the overhead squat (ohs) and, of course, the power snatch which will be used to position for the ohs. No matter the load (even pvc), the ohs is a prime suspect for increased body awareness, core strength and stability, flexibility development, and transference of energy from large muscle groups to smaller muscle groups.
