as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

1) :30 kbs/:30 burpees *one partner works for a minute while the other rests

2) cal row *using a single rower, only one switch will be allowed

3) 10 ttb, plank hold *one partner works ttb while the other holds plank, then switch

*rest 2 minutes between each amrap
