*Clean & jerk will be the day's focus. We will spend time warming up the lifts, practicing bar bath efficiency, applying speed and power, and possibly going heavy for a few reps. When it is time to step up to the plate we will choose loads that will allow for speed, efficiency, and difficulty over the course of 30 reps. Predicated on experience and ability, our goal will be to complete the wod in 2-6 minutes, therefore tax all three energy systems, and creating a maximal stimulus within this time component.
