Every 3:00 for as long as possible complete:

10 dumbbell squat cleans 45s/30s

15 toes to bar

20 double unders

*Rest the remainder of the period. Each period, add 2 squat cleans (10, 12, 14, 16, etc.) until you can no longer complete the prescribed work within the allotted time.
