Every 3:00 complete 2 rounds of:

8 overhead squats 95/65

8 box jumps 24"

*Every two minute period add 2 reps to each movement (e.g. 10+10, 12+12, 14+14, etc.) until you can no longer complete the prescribed work in the allotted time.
