max rep wall ball shots 20/14

max rep dumbbell snatch 50/30

max rep box jump 24/18

max rep hand stand push up

*In this workout, spend one minute at each of the five stations. The clock will not reset or stop between exercises- on call of "rotate", athletes must move to next station immediately for best score (transition quickly). One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point. Each round is five minutes and one minute of rest will be had between each round.
