WOD 12.10.16

With a partner, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

300m/400m run/row

10 hand stand push ups

12 toe to bar

16 box jumps 24/18

*One partner completes the run/row while the other partner completes rounds of 10-12-16. When the runner/rower finishes, switch and pick up where your partner left off.
