Five 4-minute rounds of:

1. 200 m row

2. 15 wall ball shots 20/14

3. max effort shoulder to overhead 155/105

4. rest

*Each round consists of four 1-minute stations. Complete the prescribed work at each station then rest for the remainder of the minute. Station 3 is a 1-minute AMRAP. Score your total reps for station 3.
