otm x 40 minutes (ten 4-minute sets)

minute 1 | :30 max rep air squat

minute 2 | :30 max rep push up

minute 3 | :30 max rep lunges

minute 4 | :30 max rep burpees

*Work for as many reps as possible of the prescribed movement for :30 each minute- rest the remainder of each minute. Repeat this 4-minute set for ten total sets.

*Scale by total length of time if necessary (e.g. 36, 28, or 20 minutes)
