MACF is collecting non-perishable goods for the Madison Food Pantry.

With a partner, 12 rounds for time of:

a) 500 meter row

b) rounds of 8 kettlebell swings 70/44, 6 ring dips

*Partners man opposite stations each round. Once the row is complete, rest for :45, then switch stations and carry on.
